Promotion/Cost Tracking
Adept's Promotion/Cost Tracking module is designed to meet the
requirements of the Registered Clubs market by tracking costs for
promotions and other operational areas within the club.
When implemented along with Adept Financials, costs are
assigned to promotions and categorised, removing the need for
numerous individual General Ledger accounts and reducing the
administration overheads involved in tracking promotions. Costs can
also be tracked for other operational areas including, for example,
repairs and maintenance, motor vehicle expenses, or any other
significant costs that can impact on a club's financial
position

- first and second-level structure of cost codes allows for quick
and easy analysis by specific cost code or category of cost
code
- promotions and areas can be monitored for a specific period of
time or indefinitely
- budget and forecast expenses can be applied to each promotion
