The owner navigator facilitates the establishment and
maintenance of owner master information, enquiries and reports.
Highlights include:
- owner remittances for multi-building owners may be consolidated
into one payment or separated by building
- a special owner's cash ledger is provided for each owner's
portfolio, automatically recording balances for income,
disbursements, commissions, management fees, building charges and
