Management Modules
Adept's Property Management software includes an integrated
suite of management modules. These include building management,
owner and tenant management, together with facilities for diary and
records management. In summary, these greatly improve the
efficiency of routine property management operations and ensure
consistency and accuracy of key property management functions such
as lease renewal.
The inbuilt diary will show, for any selected date range, all
critical property management events relevant to that date range.
These include upcoming lease reviews, lease and insurance expiries,
and option renewals. When a new lease is entered, the
software allows you to record future reviews and will then
automatically create diary alerts for the future date range. This
will eliminate the risk of failing to process rent reviews and
removes the risks inherent to manual processing of reviews.
