Financial Modules
Adept's Property Management software provides a comprehensive
suite of fully integrated financial modules including General
Ledger, Creditors, Debtors (Tenants), Bank Reconciliation and Fixed
Assets.
Cash or accrual accounting
Our property management system provides the flexibility to
operate on a cash or accrual basis. By default, Adept provides
ledgers consistent with the chart of accounts provided by the
Property Council of Australia. Alternative charts of accounts
can also be supported. We also provide the capability to support
differing year-ends for outgoings and financials.
Budgets can be established to provide the capability to track
income and expenditure against tenants, buildings or nominated
general ledger codes. Using the Adept Reporting Tool, you can
prepare customised financial reports and charts which can then be
distributed to owners and stakeholders.
