New property management software customers for Adept - East Coast to West Coast

Adept Business Systems continues to build traction in the property software market - this time announcing several new customers for the Adept Property Management system (APM).

In Sydney, Bishops Real Estate has adopted APM to manage its portfolio of commercial buildings. Bishops' focus is the Sydney CBD and surrounding district. In Queensland, APM has been chosen by First National Commercial Gold Coast to manage the firm's growing portfolio of properties under management. First National Commercial Gold Coast is directed by Jamie Bourke - one of the nation's top achievers in property sales.

In Port Hedland, Western Australia, Hedland First National Real Estate has chosen Adept's APM software for property management. Serge Doumergue, Commercial Manager, commented, "We chose the Adept program because we found it to be the most flexible and the most useful in terms of forward planning and it is a program that can be adapted to our unique circumstances. I believe this program is so good that it will give us a saving of a full time staff member per year."
