Adept Sponsors Mandatory Energy Disclosure Workshop in Canberra

Adept Business Systems will be a Major Sponsor of the ACT launch
of the Property Council of Australia's workshop series dealing with
mandatory disclosure of energy information. From 1 November
2010, the Building Energy Efficiency Disclosure Act requires
mandatory disclosure of energy information when commercial offices
of 2,000 m2 or above are made available for sale, lease or
sub-lease. Adept's ASL commercial sales and leasing software is
equipped to provide full compliance with the new legislation. The
software can record NABERS energy ratings, display them on
commercial listing sheets, store and distribute building
energy efficiency certificates and alert agents of expiring energy
certificates.
The PCA's Mandatory Disclosure workshop will be held in Canberra
