Property Trust Accountant for a Software Consulting
& Support role
Looking for an exciting career change to become a property

property management software. Located near Lindfield railway
station, we service and support many of Australia's leading
property agencies and property managers.
The Role:
This is a multi-faceted role that will involve software support,
implementation, consulting and pre-sales support. You will:
- Understand and analyse client requirements, and liaise with the
developers to develop or modify the required functionality
- Assist with product presentations
- Carry out implementation projects for new clients and upgrades
for existing clients
- Provide training
- Provide helpdesk assistance to our property clients
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum two years of solid experience in a trust accounting
role
- Part or full qualifications in accounting
- Hands-on experience in using a property accounting
software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Exemplary telephone manner and customer relationship
skills
- Be resilient and a self-starter
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Tenacious attitude to problem resolution and follow through to
closure
- Strong attention to detail

Trainer/Support Consultant
We are looking for an accomplished communicator to help new and
existing clients realise the full potential of their investment in
our cloud-based CRM software.
As a Trainer/Support Consultant you will:
- Develop and deliver education courses to our clients, mostly in
Australia
- Assist with investigation, analysis and diagnosis of support
incidents
- Create and maintain knowledgebases
- Assist with new implementation projects
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Recent relevant degree or proven track record in training of
software support
- Exemplary skills in written and verbal communication
- Understanding of online learning tools and video conferencing
tools
- Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
